A typical manager has worked in the industry for 17 years, is responsible for a $1-million budget, and works 50 hours per week. Managers report earning 10% more after their most recent raise and earned a median of $23,600 in bonus compensation over the past year. Medtech managers also report the highest level of job satisfaction among the groups surveyed.
